Call for Applications: 2026 International Student Summer School on AI Technology for Smart Cities

To deepen global educational and technological cooperation and promote cutting-edge innovation in urban intelligence, the School of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science at Jiangnan University will host the 2026 International Student Summer School from August 17th to 30th, 2026.

We cordially invite outstanding international undergraduate and master's students to join us for an immersive academic and cultural journey!

Location: Jiangnan University, Wuxi, China

Target Audience: International Undergraduate and Master's Students

III. Program Highlights

Academic Frontiers: Systematically covers core concepts and recent trends in smart city technologies, including Urban Big Data, Computer Vision, Internet of Things (IoT), Intelligent Transportation, and Graph Computing applications.

Cultural Integration: Features immersive courses on traditional Chinese culture and hands-on intangible cultural heritage handicraft experiences.

Industry Engagement: Includes exclusive field visits to leading AI and tech companies to explore real-world industrial applications and innovations.

Application Deadline: June 15th, 2026

Check-in Date: August 17th, 2026

Check-in Location: International Student Dormitory, Jiangnan University

V. Fees & Certification

Covered by Host: Tuition, accommodation, essential equipment, enterprise visits, and insurance during the program are fully covered by Jiangnan University.

Borne by Participants: International travel expenses, daily meals, and personal expenditures.

Certification: All participants who successfully complete the program will be awarded an official Certificate of Completion.
